A specialized desktop application developed for the company Koreanika (the market leader in natural stone and quartz agglomerate products). The system automates the full cycle of work with the client: from the initial consultation and technical calculation to the formation of the production task and optimization of the cutting of the material.

Basic functionality:
1. Intelligent database of materials:
◦ The application contains a catalog of materials with detailed characteristics: appearance, texture, available sheet sizes, cost per m2, thickness, etc..
◦ Each material is linked to current prices and photo samples.
2. Order Configurator:
◦ Allows the client or manager to assemble a complex turnkey product. Available categories:
▪ Products: Countertops, wall panels (skins), window sills, bar counters, sinks of various types.
▪ Processing: Edge selection (straight, radius R=300mm, etc.), polishing of the ends.
▪ Cutouts and openings: Under the sink (various types), hob, mixer, dispenser, sockets.
▪ Engineering solutions: Holes for radiators, water drain (for showers), metal frame installation.
▪ Joining sheets: Straight or oblique joint for seamless connection.
▪ Services: Measurement, delivery, installation, and plumbing selection.
3. Specification generation:
Based on the results of the selection, it forms a printed form, where all the items are reflected in detail: name, material, color, dimensions, quantity, area and cost. This is a full-fledged commercial document for the client.
4. The optimal cutting module:
◦ The system automatically decomposes the order details into solid stone sheets (slabs).
◦ The algorithm takes into account: the dimensions of the sheet (e.g. 3050x1440 mm), the direction of the texture, technical margins and cuts.
◦ Result: Minimizing waste and calculating the efficiency of using a sheet.
◦ Generation of a cutting report with visualization and detailed cost of each sheet.
5. Calculation of production costs and salaries:
◦ In addition to the cost of the material, the application calculates the total cost of production based on the area of the products and the complexity of the work.
As a result:
The application turns a complex engineering calculation into an intuitive interface. It eliminates the risk of errors in "manual" cutting, saves up to 15-20% of the material due to optimization, and the client receives a transparent estimate of his future product.
